Scanning documents from Dynamics GP, into your system and attaching them to a record is a one step process. This functionality is available in the Document Attachment screen available from transaction and master file records.
In this demonstration I use an all-in-one type printer, attached to my home network.
From any Document Attachment screen, the “Scan” button lights up and allows you to scan a document and index it properly to the record you’re working with.
